For anyone who is not familiar with Them’s Fightin’ Herds, it is a fighting game that had Lauren Faust assist in the character designs.
The game just got its release date, 2/22 I believe. With the game finally being released, you might see a cross over fiction in the near future.
Probably featuring Pom.

I still loathe Epic Store, but felt like making an exception since this is such a MLP rooted game.

Might be worth a look, if TFH being a fighting game has made you hesitate. Offer valid for a bit under 24 hours something, so act fast if you're planning too!
Haven't seen many talking about this game now being live-ish, so I thought I'd mention it.
Things so far, about a half hour in myself? Seems a bit bare-bones (as is the nature of the early access beast), but the game seems really promising so far. The animation, fighting and music are all already top-notch as far as I can tell.
A few weeks ago, a game started its Indegogo campaign. A game called Them's Fightin' Herds. Headed by Mane6 Studios, and created, in part, by Lauren Faust, it's a fighting game about hooved animals beating the ever-holy crap out of each other.
And boy does it look awesome so far. The campaign's losing momentum, though. So I'm going to plug it. This is the only time I'm likely to ask you guys to chip in to something.
This is a new section where I'll give my thoughts on topics I've been thinking recently. And, since my next project is coming up soon, what better way to start this section with Fighting is Magic?
I know I sure do. Those who didn't follow its progress very closely might not have realized what happened when it slipped quietly into the night, or maybe you don't even know what I'm talking about.
So given to the current status on Them's Fightin' Herds, updates are still being made on the pixel lobby, the settings, and the characters. Story Mode isn't coming out anytime soon.
And furthermore, given to the latest developments on Friendship is Magic, one way or another, I'm starting to consider making a rewrite on The Fighting Dragon, with the recent developments thus far, like Spike having wings.
That's right... it may just happen!
Okay, I realize not all of you may know what I'm referring to. Well, allow me to explain. Short version: Turing Test is (hopefully) going to be in a video game.
"Come on out, darling..." Rarity crooned to the open air. "I know you're out here somewhere..."

The long wait is over! Them's Fightin' Herds is now available for gameplay on PC. Check out the trailer above for the launch of version 1.0.

It's even better because this happened shortly after the 100th blog post and that makes for some wonderful title shenanigans in the log. It's been a long ride and a lot of work up to this point and I'm glad to have made it this far. Thanks for reading with me.
New Story incoming! Because we need new stories about this game that Lauren Faust herself has worked on and even saved.

I am a fan of fighting games. I have been most of my life, and have played them off and on. Hell, I even won a local smash tournament once upon a time, so I've been dedicated a few times to these sorts of games.

For those of you who don't know Them’s Fightin' Herds is the spiritual successor to Fighting is Magic. There is some interesting lore that they are making for the game and I was inspired to make a crossover. I only need an editor for the first chapter right now and it sits at around 5.4k. The thing I need most is a technical editor.
Seriously, I doubted it at first... But I think thems fightin herds have a fighting chance at meeting there crowd funding goal! With only four days left they only got about 9% left to go, I mean I even threw down a few coins for the hype.
